- Each suite comes with a 4ft double bed, sofa, desk area, TV wall mount, mini fridge and a personal ensuite with shower facilities,
- Each flat is shared between 4 or 5 suites.
- Each flat has a washer, dryer and kitchen facilities, with enough cupboard and fridge space for everyone.
- Communal areas cleaned once per week*
- Property management team available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm including a full time maintenance staff.
Security
- There is a 24/7 security company on hand for any issues that may arise,
- There is also 24 hour CCTV throughout and around the building.
Review
Great place to stay, large desk, sofa, mini fridge and area for TV with ensuite & double bed. Any issues I had were sorted straight away, would recommend to anyone looking for student accommodation.
